"Part of this tool couldn't download"
Your connection dropped while a tool was downloading a part it needs. Your file was never sent anywhere.

Okaysize runs on your device, so some tools download a part of themselves the first time you use them: the background remover, the text recognizer for OCR, and fonts for Word and Excel files. If the connection drops during that download, the tool can't start. Your file itself is never uploaded.
What to try
Check that you're online (Wi-Fi or mobile data), then press Try again. On a slow connection, wait for the download to finish before leaving the page. Once a part is downloaded, your browser keeps it, so the tool works offline next time.
