Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Vumvum LLC, Arizona, USA, which operates Okaysize. By using okaysize.com you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Okaysize provides tools that process files inside your browser. Free tools have no size or usage limits beyond what your device can handle. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give Pro subscribers reasonable notice of changes that affect what they pay for.

Your files and your responsibility

You keep all rights to your files. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive them. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use, and for how you use the results. Keep a copy of your originals: compressing and converting can reduce quality, and we can't recover files for you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Okaysize to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attack or overload our systems, or bypass security measures. Don't scrape the site at a rate that harms other users, or copy and republish our content without permission.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles taxes. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Prices may change with at least 7 days' notice before your next renewal.

Platform names

Platform names on this site are used only to describe compatibility. Okaysize is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Platform limits are checked against official sources but can change without notice, so always check before relying on a limit for something important.

No warranty

Okaysize is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vumvum LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Consumers keep any protections the law of their country gives them.
