Your file never leaves your device

Three ways to sign

Draw with your finger or mouse, type your name in a signature style, or upload a photo of your signature on paper; the paper is removed automatically so only the ink shows.

Private contracts stay private

Leases, offer letters, and forms often contain personal details. Okaysize signs them in your browser, so neither the document nor your signature is ever uploaded.

How to sign a PDF

  1. Add your PDF. Drag your PDF onto the box, or click Choose a file. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
  2. Click Add signature. Choose how to sign: Draw with your mouse or finger, Type your name for a script signature, or Upload a photo of your signature. Then click Use this signature.
  3. Place it. Drag the signature where it belongs and drag its corner to resize it. Use the page thumbnails to jump to the right page.
  4. Add the date or text. Click Date to add today's date, or Text to add your printed name or anything else. Drag them into place too.
  5. Click Save signed PDF. Your signature is added to the PDF on your device.
  6. Download the result. Click Download to save the signed PDF. The original file is left exactly as it was.

Questions

Is this a legal signature?
An image of your signature is accepted for many everyday documents. Some contracts need a certified digital signature service instead; check what the other party requires.
Can I sign on several pages?
Yes. Move between pages and add your signature or initials wherever you need.
Is my signature saved?
Not unless you choose to. It exists only on this page and in the PDF you download. After signing you can choose Save to my account, which is the only time the document is uploaded, encrypted.
