Split PDF

Pull out the pages you need, or save every page as its own PDF. Your document never leaves your device.

Drop a PDF, or choose a file

PDF files of any size.

Your file never leaves your device

Choose exactly the pages you need

Type the pages to keep, such as 1-3, 5. Each comma starts a new PDF, so 1-3, 4-6 gives you two files. 8- means page 8 to the end. Leave the box empty to get every page as its own PDF in a ZIP.

No quality loss

Pages are copied as they are, not printed again. Text stays selectable and the files are only as big as the pages inside them.

How to split a PDF

  1. Add your PDF. Drag your PDF onto the box, or click Choose a file. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
  2. Type the pages to keep. In Pages to keep, type ranges separated by commas, like 1-3, 5, 8-. Each comma starts a new PDF. Leave the box empty to split every page into its own file.
  3. Click Split PDF. Each part is made on your device in a few seconds.
  4. Download the result. One part downloads as a single PDF. Several parts download together in one ZIP file, named by their pages.
