Full refund on request within 14 days of any charge. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

Email help@okaysize.com from the address on your account within 14 days of a charge, or use the refund link in your receipt. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro in one click from your account page at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period automatically; ask within 14 days if you want your money back.

Yearly plans

We email a reminder 7 days before every yearly renewal. If a renewal still catches you by surprise, the 14 day refund applies to it too.
