  • How it works

Pick a field type and drag a box on the page where the answer goes. Give each field a name, mark the ones that must be answered as required, and save. Okaysize writes a standard PDF form (AcroForm), the kind Adobe Acrobat makes, with every field drawn so it shows in any reader.

  • Five kinds of fields

Text fields, for one line or several. Check boxes for yes or no. Radio buttons, where picking one option clears the others in its group. Dropdowns with your own list of choices. Signature fields, a box where the person filling in the form signs.

  • Start from any PDF

Turn a form you made in Word, a scanned paper form, or an old PDF into one people can fill in on screen. If the PDF already has fields, they're kept, and your new fields are added beside them.

Questions

Can people fill it in with Adobe Reader?

Yes. The fields are a standard PDF form, so Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and most phone apps can fill them in and save the answers. You can also fill it in here with Fill PDF form.

What does required do?

The field is marked as required in the form. Adobe Reader shows required fields with a red outline, and forms that are submitted online check them before sending.

How do radio buttons work?

Buttons that share a group name work together, so only one can be picked. Add the first button, then click Add another button to this group and give each one its own value, like Yes and No.

Is the signature field a digital signature?

It's the box where the signer signs. In Adobe Reader they can sign it with a certificate based digital signature; in Fill PDF form they can draw, type, or upload a signature into it.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The fields are added on your device, and nothing is sent anywhere.
