Crop PDF pages

Trim white margins and scanner borders from your pages, the same on every side or each side on its own.

Drop a PDF, or choose a file

PDF files of any size.

Your file never leaves your device

Even or side by side

Trim the same amount from every edge, or set top, right, bottom, and left separately. 10 mm removes a typical scanner border.

Nothing is deleted

Cropping hides the edges from view; the page content itself isn't changed. That keeps text sharp and the file small.

How to crop a PDF

  1. Add your PDF. Drag your PDF onto the box, or click Choose a file. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
  2. Set how much to trim. Type a value in Trim from every edge (mm). 10 mm is a typical scanner border.
  3. Trim sides differently if needed. Turn on Different margin for each side to set Top, Right, Bottom, and Left separately.
  4. Choose the pages. Leave Pages empty for every page, or type pages like 1-3, 8.
  5. Click Crop PDF. Then click Download to save the trimmed PDF.

Questions

Can I crop only some pages?
Yes. Type the pages, or leave the box empty for all.
Why is my file the same size?
Cropping trims what's shown, not what's stored. Use Compress PDF to make it smaller.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
