"That password didn't open the PDF"

Unlock PDF removes the password from a PDF you're allowed to open. It needs that password, typed exactly as it was set: passwords are case sensitive, and spaces count.

What to try

Copy and paste the password if you have it written down, check Caps Lock, and try again. If you don't know the password, ask whoever sent you the file; Okaysize doesn't guess or crack passwords.
