How to organize PDF pages

See every page as a thumbnail and put them in the right order, the right way up, with the extras removed.

  • About 2 minutes
  • Free, nothing uploaded
  • 6 steps

Steps

  1. Add your PDF

Drag your PDF onto the box, or click Choose a file. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

  2. Wait for the thumbnails

Every page appears as a small preview, in its current order.

  3. Move pages

Use the left and right arrows under a page to move it earlier or later in the document.

  4. Rotate or delete

The rotate button turns a page 90 degrees each click. The trash button removes the page.

  5. Click Save PDF

Your new page order is saved as a fresh PDF.

  6. Download the result

Click Download to save the organized PDF. The original file is left exactly as it was.

Tips

  • Changes only apply when you click Save PDF, so experiment freely.
  • For a quick rotate of many pages at once, Rotate PDF with a page range is faster.

Questions

Can I add pages from another PDF?
Merge the two PDFs first with Merge PDF, then organize the merged file.
Does reordering lower the quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so nothing is re-rendered or recompressed.
