What happens to a document I send for signature?

This is the one Okaysize feature that needs a server, because other people have to open your document. It's encrypted with AES 256 before it's stored, and signing links are private to each signer.

The document is deleted 30 days after everyone signs, or as soon as you cancel or delete the request. The audit trail (who opened, agreed, and signed, and when) stays with your account so the Certificate of Completion can still be checked.

Keeping a copy

Download the signed PDF before it's deleted, or choose Save to my account to keep it in Your documents until you delete it.
