- 6 steps
Steps
Add your PDF
Drag your PDF onto the box, or click Choose a file. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Add text
Click Text to add a text box. Type in the panel below the page, and set its size and color there.
Add an image or signature
Click Image to place a logo or photo, or Signature to draw, type, or upload one.
Cover something with white-out
Click White-out, then drag across the area to cover. Click it again to stop drawing.
Move and resize
Drag items to move them and drag a corner to resize. Use the thumbnails to switch pages.
Click Save PDF
Your changes are drawn into the PDF on your device, then click Download.
Tips
- White-out only covers. The text underneath is still in the file. To remove private information for real, use Redact PDF.
- To fill a form neatly, zoom in with your browser before placing text.
Questions
- Can I change the existing text in a PDF?
- Okaysize adds to a PDF rather than rewriting its text. Cover the old words with White-out and add new text on top.
- Will the PDF still look the same in other apps?
- Yes. Everything you add becomes part of the page, so it looks the same everywhere.
