How to convert PowerPoint to PDF

Sending slides to someone without PowerPoint? A PDF opens anywhere and looks the same everywhere.

  • About 1 minute
  • Free, nothing uploaded
  • 4 steps

Steps

  1. Add your presentation

Drag your presentation onto the box, or click Choose a file. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

  2. Click Convert to PDF

Each slide is drawn as a PDF page at the slide's own size, with its text, shapes, pictures, and tables.

  3. Check the preview

The first slide shows under the result, with the number of slides.

  4. Download the result

Click Download to save the PDF. The original file is left exactly as it was.

Tips

  • Want handouts or a smaller file? Run the PDF through Compress PDF next.
  • Have an older .ppt file? Save it as .pptx in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides first.

Questions

Are speaker notes included?

No, only the slides themselves.

Do animations come across?

A PDF can't animate, so each slide shows how it looks when everything has appeared.
