  • Every slide, laid out the same

Okaysize reads each slide's text boxes, shapes, pictures, tables, and backgrounds where they sit, including the layout and theme the deck uses, then draws them as a PDF page at the slide's own size.

  • Real text

Titles and bullet points stay real text you can search and copy, set in open fonts that closely match the deck's. Text that overflows its box shrinks to fit, the way PowerPoint does.

  • What isn't included

Animations, transitions, videos, speaker notes, and charts drawn by PowerPoint itself are left out. Charts pasted as pictures come across.

Questions

Does it work with .ppt files?

Only .pptx. Open a .ppt file in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides and save it as .pptx first.

Will it look exactly like PowerPoint?

Very close for most decks. Fonts are swapped for open ones and some special effects are simplified. For a pixel perfect copy, use Export to PDF in PowerPoint itself.

Is my presentation uploaded?

No. PowerPoint to PDF runs entirely in your browser.
