    Numbers, currency, percentages, and dates appear the way they do in the spreadsheet, with bold and colored text, cell fills, merged cells, and your column widths. Hidden rows, columns, and sheets are left out.

  • Wide sheets fit the page

    Sheets that are too wide for a portrait page turn landscape and shrink a little. If they're still too wide, the extra columns continue on the next pages, the way Excel prints. Header rows repeat at the top of every page.

How to convert an Excel spreadsheet to PDF

    Add your spreadsheet

    Drag your spreadsheet onto the box, or click Choose a file. It opens right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

    Each visible sheet becomes pages, with numbers and dates shown the way Excel shows them. Wide sheets turn landscape and continue onto more pages if needed.

    The first page shows under the result, with the number of sheets and pages.

    Click Download to save the PDF. The original file is left exactly as it was.

Are formulas recalculated?

No. The PDF shows the values Excel saved with the file, which is what you see when you open it.

Does it work with CSV files?

Yes. Commas, semicolons, and tabs are all recognized.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
