Editable paragraphs, not boxes
Okaysize rebuilds the text as flowing paragraphs and headings, so you can edit it like any Word document. Bold and italic, font sizes, alignment, and the original fonts' names carry over, and pictures stay where they were.
Scanned PDFs
Pages that are pictures of paper come across as pictures. To get editable text from them, run OCR PDF first and convert the searchable PDF it gives you.
Best for documents
Letters, reports, contracts, and articles convert best. Complex layouts with several columns, tables, or text placed over pictures come out as plain paragraphs that need some tidying.
