  • Rows and columns, found for you

Okaysize reads where every piece of text sits on the page. Each line becomes a row, and columns are found from the gaps the rows share, so statements, invoices, and reports land in the right cells.

  • Real numbers

Amounts like 1,234.50, $89.00, (120), and 12.5% become numbers with matching formats, so sums and charts work right away. Account numbers, zip codes, and dates stay as text so nothing gets mangled.

Questions

One sheet or many?

Each page becomes its own sheet by default. Choose One sheet to stack every page into a single sheet, which suits long statements.

My PDF is a scan

Scans are pictures of text, so there's nothing to read. Run OCR PDF first, then convert the searchable PDF.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. PDF to Excel runs entirely in your browser.
